LYSAGHT® SMARTDEK®
YSAGHT® SMARTDEK® is an innovative “W” profiled deck panel with wider cover per weight of steel, used as permanent formwork in conventional slabs as well as bottom tensile reinforcement in a composite slab design.
The 51mm rib provides strength for excellent spanning capacities with less deflection providing a safe working platform during construction, as well as reducing concrete volumes for superior economy.
Embossments on top of the flange provide excellent mechanical interlocking between steel and concrete especially suitable for composite slab construction.
